DoorDash announced its commitment to donate $500,000 to Black Lives Matter and another $500,000 to community nonprofits through its Black Employee Resource Group. The company’s CEO, Tony Xu, wrote an open letter stating that diversity goals would be linked to job performance and promotions for team leaders. DoorDash also partnered with Kiva to provide matching funds of up to $150,000 for crowdsourced loans to Black-owned businesses.

DoorDash encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans, and all other qualified applicants.
