Andreessen Horowitz, a venture capital firm, established a $2.2 million fund in order to support founders from underrepresented groups. All returns from the fund will be reinvested, and the fund is open to outside investors who are interested in contributing.

Furthermore, co-founder Alexis Ohanian resigned from Reddit’s board and suggested that he be replaced by an African American advisor.
